At Mathieu & Valérie Montréal, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Return Policy explains clearly how returns are handled.

Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions apply:

A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on clothing is allowed, but items must not be worn for extended periods or used.

Ordering multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Submit a return request
Contact our support team at info@mathieuvalerie.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Receive the return address
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier, which may be located internationally.
3. Ship the item back
You will need to send the product back at your own expense, including any shipping fees, customs charges, or other associated costs.
4. Use tracked shipping
We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected for compliance with our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Refunds will always be issued via the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments if the customer chooses a shipping method without tracking.

If the tracking information shows the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, the shipment is considered successfully delivered.

Providing an incorrect shipping address during checkout is the responsibility of the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, it must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
